I have about 15 users on the blackberry exchange server setup.
All users can retreive attachments fine except for a user that has gotten a new blackberry replaced via cingular. He can retreive mail, but when he clicks to retrieve attachments it changes to a clock and never opens.

I would think this is obviously a problem with his blackberry by itself maybe firmware, not sure.

Any help or thoughts are appreciated.
