Default 7750 4.0 "No Message Service Configured"

Please Login to Remove!

I just upgraded my 7750 to 4.0 software, and now when I try to send an email, I get the response: "No Message Service Configured, you will only be able to save a draft." When I go to Profiles, Message Service, I have CMIME desktop, but nothing else.

Any suggestions?

It looked to me, as I watched the process of the update from Desktop Manager, that everything was loaded. I seem to have access to all of the applications, and email is updated on the BB as it is received on the desktop.

Go into your webclient located at https://webclient.blackberry.net/Web...jsp?site=telus

Login, and then go to options. Click all of the service book buttons. In a matter of minutes you will have everything working again.

I have the same problem with a 7100g user - he can receive email but, since replacing his faulty device, he cannot send and he gets the "no message service configured" error.

Hard reset and reinstallation of Desktop Manager (v4) do not solve the problem - any ideas???
