Hi all, I've just left my company that had BES. I now want to synch to my home Outlook Calendar, Contacts, etc. instead of the company's.

I loaded the BB Desktop Manager onto my computer, but when I try to synch from my Outlook 2003, it says "because the applications are configured for wireless synchronization Desktop synchronization will be disabled."

How do I get rid of the BES connection and the "use desktop" option that is linked to my old company and synch to my own home computer?

Incredibly frustrating for a not-too-tech savvy guy who aways relied upon the great IT people at my former firm.

Open the Calendar on the BlackBerry. Press the scroll wheel and select Options. Change the Wireless Sync field to No. Repeat for Address Book, Memopad, and Tasks.
