I've got the ringer on my BB set to high, but I find that the holster really mutes the volume of the ring to the point that I can't hear it when my BB is in my bag. Is there any way to add a little more "juice" to the ring?

Not really if you have it turned up all the way. Sometimes upgrading the OS will make it a little louder if that was an issue in the first OS of a model. I think there are devices that you can clip to your bag that light up when a phone rings. These are the types of things you read about in Sky Mall or other "Do I really need this?" magazines.

do u have the speaker facing the back of the case? cause that will muffle it

I have the same issue with my BB. I don't even have it in a holster. I hear so many other cheap phones that are so load and this $400 BB I can bearly hear. What is the OS that made the phone loader so I can check my phone to see if I have it installed?
