HELP - BIS re-directs
New member looking for help with my Rogers Blackberry Web Client....
When I try to log onto my BIS web client, after inputting my username and password (which I know are correct), I am re-directed to t-mobile's customer support page. I am a Rogers (Canada) customer. Same result if I click on "Need Assistance" or "Forgot Password."
This only happens if I attempt to log onto my BWC from either my home computer (which has worked for years at this site) or from the handheld itself.
Has anyone had this issue? Any tips for resolution?

Thanks. I tried that site. Couldn't post the link here (to explain) b/c i'm a noob.
Any other tips? Anyone with any thoughts on what could be causing this?

i did see a post about rogers being down i dont know if it was the one that adamlau left or not but i saw one on the wap site
Service started working again an hour ago (after four days) with no reply from customer service. Not sure what it was.... maybe I'll never know.
