Also Uncaught exception: Java.Lang.NullPointer exception.

I have enough memory left only showing 1.5 of 3.........
so there seems to be plenty of memory.
None of my stored names to numbers are showing properly. Under phone icon, it only shows the actual number but not the name associated with it that i had saved in my address book.

Do you have data backups. Might be corrupt? You can wipe the BB and restore. If that doesn't work, you might want to reload the OS? What model and carrier do you have?

Default ....

It is a 7520 model through Sprint.

no backups..when i try to backup it gives me a data was not recognized by the device message.
Im am with nextel using the
BlackBerry 4.1 System Software
Blackberry 4.1 Core Application

When i try to reload the op. it sends me a No actions are required message. I even try the advanced Device Data Preservation option cking the Erase all currently installed applications box before reloading your selections. Then cking Automatically back up the device application data beofre loading the device, and restore the contents after the load operation is completed. Which is the recommended option. while trying to update it returns an Unable to complete the loading operations because of a fatal error has occured while updating your deivce's software. Please try again message.

thanks for the help....
