Default Reconcile not available

Please Login to Remove!

Hi there, I've several users who's blackberry 7100 are not reconciling with Outlook i.e. the emails are still appearing as unread on the blackberry. The option 'reconcile now' is not available and under the email option. Also under the reconciliation option, 'Wireless reconcile' and 'on conflicts' do not appear. This features where previously available. We are running exchange2003 and BES 4.0. This is affecting 40% of the users.

Any thoughts would be great.

Cheers

Same basic fix for both issues. Refresh the Desktop [CMIME] or Desktop [SYNC] service books. See the following KBase articles for details...

Support - The Reconcile Now option is not available on the BlackBerry device
Support - Wireless Reconcile option is missing

In that case you may need to wipe the device and reactivate.
