Question New Icon Displayed

Please Login to Remove!

At the top of my 7100t bberry, there is a new icon that looks like a round blue ball with a number 1 beside it.
Does anyone know what that is? How can you tell what the picture icons are for?

I think that is a web/browser message.

I don't get a round blue ball for BB messenger, mine is a number with a yellow chat icon next to it...

I think it means you have a web page request waiting. You tried to open a web page and when it failed you were asked if you wanted the request saved, if you said yes then the icon appears once the page was able to be opened. At least your description sounds like the icon I have seen for this before.....

to resolve this issue:

Open your "Messages" icon --> Click the track wheel --> Click "View Folder" Option --> Select "Browser Messages" --> view and delete any messages in this folder.

The Icon will disapear.

Good Luck.
