Just a note. It does appear that if you have previously synced your contacts to MS Outlook (for instance), then you can clear out the address book by going into your Desktop Manager, clicking "Backup/Restore", clicking "Advanced" and then clearing out this field (while the bb's cradled) and then re-syncing MS Outlook contacts back into the device. On MS Oulook in the contacts section, there should be a drop down menu listing "RADIO". If that appears, select that and the DC # should appear from there.
Sometimes I've had people toggle their "SORT BY" option from their Address Book OR try to do a "CLEAR SELECTION" of filters on their address book to try to help out with it.
