hey all,

just a quick question relating to the capabilities of the blackberry JDE in relation to neighbour lists. is it possible to develope an application that can check the rssi value for neighbouring cells on a handset?

something like netmonitor on nokia fones, or tems on sony ericsson devices or do does such an application already exist?
