Default Accessing Mailsweeper PMM from Blackbery handset

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone else using 'mailsweeper for SMTP' was having a problem accessing the Personal Message Manager from their blackberry handset.

I find that when I have emails sitting on the mailsweeper filter awaiting my release, I connect to the mailsweeper box (via the link embedded in the email that infoms me about the message). Once I enter my username and password credendtials, the browser just seems to hang.

I have trawled the internet, but cant seem to find any infromation about this. The BES server policy is as default and allows for java to be used through the browser, so I am pretty much stumped. Does anyone else have any ideas about what might be the cause?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks in advance.

I have been investigating this exact same problem, I have users who are out of the office who wish to release emails using the PMM from Mailsweeper on their Blackberry 8700.

The conclusion I have come to is that the PMM website uses frames which the blackberry brower does not support.

Does anybody know if there is a thrid party browser for the BB that will support frames ?

I would love to be proved wrong so we can get this working.
