Default I messed something up and need help

Please Login to Remove!

I was given the 6280, which is part of my job. The email address was still set at the last person who had my position, so I thought I would figure out how to change it. I went to BIS, create new account and changed the blackberry email address. Now when I send an email it says that i'm using web client (which it didn't say before) and an email won't go through "message status: unable to look up the user info in database" I can PIN people fine, but not email them. Can someone help me out?

Sounds like you need to call the carrier, have them remove the current username (the person who had it before you), and re-add you.

If you got it through work, do you have a systems administrator to help you reset it?

just delete the web client service book from your handheld and issue should be resolved

if it's not, sign into the BIS account you set up and resend service books
