Default Nextel 7520 help

Please Login to Remove!

Our company uses the Nextel 7520 tied into the exchange server for the email. Our server is in California, and our sales team there does not seem to have any problems. However, I am in Seattle, Washington and I have problems with my phone calendar. I can enter calendar appointement sin Outlook on my desktop, and they immediately show up on the phone. However, if I go into the phone and make an entry, it does not show up on my outlook desktop. In fact, if I make an entry in my desktop after an entry in the phone, then the phone entry gets erased! It's almost like the desktop takes priority over the phone.

Does anyone have any ideas?

something may be wrong with your wireless sync?
also, do you not have the desktop manager set up to ask which one you want to take precedent?

Go to the calander icon and click on it, then click the scroll wheel once and scroll down to options and click on it. On the next screen scroll to the bottom and make sure wireless sync is set to yes (if it is, try setting to off then exit and save option then go back in and turn wireless sync back on)....

Hope that helps
