Not getting complete synchronization from Outlook contact info. In some cases the contact name will download to the BB but the e-mail address and phone numbers corresponding to the contact will not. In other cases not even the contact name will download to the BB. Everything looks OK in Outlook.

Any suggestions?

I never posted before so I hope I am not butting in.

I am using Companion Link to sync my 7250 with my ACT contact data base. I keep getting duplicate entries created in ACT and also on my 7250. Also the mapping of phone numbers seems inconsistant. My data base is around 5000 names and the last time I rebuilt it from scratch it took 5 days. Any suggestions on the right software or procedures to use?
