Default Address sync help sought

Please Login to Remove!

I'm setting up a new laptop, and I want to integrate the address book from old laptop with the address book on my Blackberry 7250.

The problem is, my company insists that I use Microsoft Outlook Exchange as my email program. I have two questions.

1. Is it possible to import an old address book, in vcard format, into either Exchange or directly into the Blackberry?

2. Is there another address book utility I can buy to run on my laptop that will synchronize with my Blackberry? I don't like the address book function in Exchange.

Be grateful for any help with these. I've spent hours on the net searching for answers and I'm afraid I will soon go mad.

Thanks
