Default Is T-Mobile's BWC limited in use? As compared to Nextel?

I had a bunch of options in the Nextel Blackberry Web Client but the T-Mobile seems to be lacking a couple. Such as "Sent From Address".

Is it located somewhere ?

You should have a Send Using: field. Try pulling the battery and if that doesn't help, resend the service books.

If you're on BES you might have a restrictive IT policy. Seems like lots of companies are getting more restrictive every day, and this is one popular feature for IT departments to take away. I'm using BIS and T-Mobile and I do have the ability to choose the account from which I send each email.

if you don't have "sent from" this means you only have one [CMIME] service book to send w/ (i.e. just desktop or one BIS account)

this option only appears when you have a choice of accounts to send from
