Hi all,

I have had my Blackberry for over a year now, and use it regularly for work. For some reason, none of my emails have showed up today. Any idea why that would stop happening?

More information please.
  • Have you tried a hard reset?
  • Can you send email?
  • Are you using BIS or BES?
  • Have you recently installed any software/themes?
  • What carrier and model BlackBerry?
  • Are you getting any error messages?

Hard reset is pull the battery out and then put it back in.

Maybe you can try resending your service books.

I did the hard reset, and no change.

However before I did that I noticed I had gotten a few new messages over the last couple minutes. I wonder if the ones from all day will eventually come through?
