Default Changing Servers

If I move a user off a Server running 3.6 software to one running 4.0 software (might be diff version number) does the user have to actually re-synch with their cradle and desktop for this to work?

Reason being we have alot of people out in the field all over the place. Will they still be able to re-synch or and get mail?

THks

Default

The user would have to either re-cradle or OTA EA as the 4.0 BES would be using a different database thus, the user information would not exist on this new BES
