Default IM software for different PDA's from BB?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a BB, my engineer has a Treo. Yes, tried to get him to switch but no go. We would like to have an IM (Instant Messenger) between us so that were in sync all the time without going thru my emails.

So, what are my choices out there to connect these two devices via IM?

There are multiple multi and single client IM apps for both platforms. The question for you to decide is which service you prefer? MSN, AIM, Jabbber etc.

If he has a Windows Mobile Treo (the 700w, for example,) you can both use WebMessenger. WebMessenger connects via their own server, and connection through third-party servers (AIM, Yahoo!, etc.) is available but not required.
