Default Please help! BB is being spied on?

Hi,
this is the situation:
- user 1 and user 2 send emails to each other.
- user 1 has a blackberry connected to Outlook
- user 2 uses Outlook
- it looks like user 3 receives all the email user 1 sends to user 2 without user 1 knowing
- it also looks like user 3 receives all the emails user 1 receives from user 2 without user 1 knowing
- user 3 has connection with one network admin that set up user 1's BB and the power to request to be bcc'd
how can I find out if there are any rules set up either on Outlook or Blackberry? What do I look for? I have some access to servers. Is there a BB software on the server or are the rules set up online?
Please help. Thanks.

Is user2 actually getting a copy of user1 sent and received mail, or could it be that user2 has access to user1's inbox? Check permissions on u1's inbox to see if u2 has read access.

It could also be a rule on u1's account that is forwarding a copy of everything sent or received.

You mean user3 instead of user2. No user3 is only getting emails from user1 to user2 and viceversa. No other emails from user1 to anybody else. So I don't think user3 has access to user1 inbox.

This is what I think. Where do you set up these quotes? Can you set it up so that only sent and received to/from user2 is forwarded?

Thanks.

Sorry, I meant where do you set the rules?

I'm not sure if it is exactly the same on all versions of Outlook, but on Outlook 2003 I go to Tools, Rules and Alerts. If there are any rules listed, you should be able to click on the rule to see its details.

You can also do forwards and copies of messages outside BlackBerry land and outside the purview of Exchange.

If you don't want people in your organization to read your messages, use PIN messages or don't use the BlackBerry your employer provides.
