Our primary devices are from Nextel, and I also use the BES and have a BIS account (had a 7520, now have a 7100i).
You cannot stop the device from receiving the BIS email, but you can, thru an IT Policy, stop the user from being able to 'send as' their BIS account (and force all outgoing mail to be sent from their business email account).
When you change the IT Policy to not allow the other email account(s), the icons will disappear on their devices. ALL mail will show in their main 'Messages' icon.
No longer a BES Admin, but it was fun while it lasted!
