Default Upgrade 7510 to 7520 Question

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All... First time long time...

My boss has a 7510(Blueberry) that I'm swapping with a new 7520. We have a BES administered elsewhere. Do I just simply swap the SIM or am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated. Thx!

Swap SIM - sure.

You will need to update Sprint with the new IMEI and PIN number of the device. You will also need to update the IMEI in his BIS or PIN on the BES.
