Default Help - Desktop Manager locking up

Please Login to Remove!
Is there a way to fix Desktop Manager from being locked up. This user is using DM 4.0. I have uninstalled and reinstalled his DM, but it locks up when his BB is connected to it. Is there anyprogram out there that could mess up desktop manager? Thanks so much!
