Default Device error - 400

Please Login to Remove!

I get these constantly when adding/deleting/updating applications. Anyone else having this problem? I updated berry411 app and I get device 400 error and have to completely reload the device. I updated a few screensaver images and same error. Complete reload.

Anyone know what the root cause of this could be? It's getting very annoying and I'm not in the habit of syncing my address book daily, so I'm losing quite a few numbers and contact info every time it happens.

First, update the blackberry device software that you are loading. Second try typing 'help' when it happens to get a better idea. Looks like you are running an old version of the blackberry software?

Not on the browser. When the thing is booting up I get "Device error 400 - RESET" Only option is to clear and reload the whole device.

And I run the latest release.. 3.7.1.41 for 7210 and 7280.

Default Device Error

I have seen many customer with this error, the easier way to fix error is to run application loader with the new handheld software to erase all data, if this does not fix the issue you will need have device replaced, corrupted hardware.
