One of our users had this message (listed below) come up when he first got his BB. It showed up whenever he sent an email from either Outlook or his BB, and the strange message appeared in both places. I searched your forum and found the earlier posted solution of uninstalling and then re-installing w/out Redirector. That worked perfectly for about a week. Now he is getting the same type of message, but only when he is sending a message *from* his BB, and he only gets the strange message on his BB.
I saw another post here that said to go Enterprise Activation and cancel it. On his EA he showed no email address, just his PIN number. Does that need to be cleared out? Any other suggestions??
