Default Setting Up Sync'able task list for employee that has blackberry 7100i

Please Login to Remove!

I have an employee who wokrks for me that has a blackberry 7100i on nextel.

i want to set up a task list for him but I dont need to set up an whole outlook email box with sync.

Is there any service/website that I can use where I can enter task list online that he could then sync back to his blackberry?

We outsource our outlook email and they do support BES but I was wondering if I needed to spend the $25 for outlook and BES just for him to sync tasks as he doesnt need a corporate email.

You can set up a task list on your device and then use Desktop Manager > Intellisync to sync them with and ASCII Import/Export file. Then he could sync his BB with the same file. It might entail double syncs to get your BB and his BB in sync (after the initial sync), but could work.

Sorry, I didn't know you intended to build the todo list online. I was trying to cobble together a scheme for you to use your Blackberry as the "master" todo list then delv out the parts of the list you want a subordinate to complete using sync and filters.

If you build the todo list on line, he can just use the BB browser to work it. He doesn't need to sync it unless he will be offline a lot or you expect immediate responses to your todos. I don't personally know anything about any of the sites where you can do this but a quick Google search showed more than a few online, collaborative todo lists.

If he must sync (for whatever reason) instead of working your online todos online, someone else will have to chime in with a suggestion.

that was helpful. you are right, if I set up an online to do list he could use the browser. I was just thinking that if it was something online it wouldnt view that well on the phone. There is a great website called taskanyone that I could use but it doesnt have a wap or mobile interface. .the regular interface might not be cell phone screen friendly.
