Default Outlook Syncing problems

Please Login to Remove!

Hey everyone, I have a question.

My new work e-mail is set up in Outlook as a POP3 account, the actual server only holds 20mb of mail, so when Outlook pulls the mail, it removes it from the server all together. When my 8700 pulls the mail, it also removes it from the server. The issue is that some files need to be printed, and I cannot do that from the 8700, so if the 8700 gets the mail, I cannot get it onto my computer to print.

How do I get the mail from my 8700 to Outlook? Is there a way to sync all the mail via-USB? Can I use Redirector if the account is a POP account? If so, how do I set it up? I downloaded it but only get random error messages. Help me please!

Is there a way in BIS 2.0 for T-Mobile that I can make the BB leave a copy of the message on the server? This way I could get the e-mail's on the move, but then have them all when my Outlook hits the server. This would be the best thing, then if I could sync Outlook with a USB and have my sent items transferred over from the BB to Outlook everything would be great. Is this possible?

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

Can you set up forwarding from your work account?

There's no way to retrieve mail from the Blackberry other than to forward it to yourself. The Blackberry does not sync email (please read the FAQ's).
