Me and a coworker are experiencing this today. Cingular is fine.

Me and a co-worker had the 'data connection refused' a little earlier here in S. California, but it's back up and running

Had the same issue in Columbus Ohio around 4:10 PM EST. It only last about 50 minutes.

It was out here in DFW as well, came back on around 335pm CST

I was actually on the phone with Tmobile when it came back up
