Does anyone know if RIM is planning in the near future to release a device with the addition of a SD card or other form of portable media? I think having that ability to have so much more storage would be huge. I havent had much luck finding any info anywhere on the net.

RIM has stayed away from removable storage (and cameras) because they are inherently insecure. RIM cares a lot about security - as do many of their large corporate, military and government customers. That's also why the Bluetooth is for audio only. No Bluesnarfing.

Will we see it, maybe, but I don't think so.
