Default Screen protector for 7520?

Please Login to Remove!

Are there any screen protector sheets available for the 7520 anywhere? If so, could you link me up? A Google search came up with nothing.

I have an iPAQ, and I know there are screen protectors available for that, so I assume they are available for something with the size of the screen of the 7520 as well.

Is this so?

I use the WriteShield for my Dell Axim which I think is the best screen protector. I just cut one of them to fit my 7520.

Thumbs up guards? we don't need no stinkin guards!

Dudes and Dudettes...

Forget the guards!
I have maimed my 7100T screen at one time. It was SO bad, I thought about getting another unit. After some research I found this stuff called: DISPLEX display polish. Now if and when I scratch my screen it is NO WORRIES.

Here is what I do: Using a cotton ball, some masking tape and five minutes of your time; your screen will look like NEW!

I literally have scratched my 7100's screen well over 5 times and have restored with great success each time with this stuff. I couldn't believe the results!!! The one thing it can't fix is if you dent the screen... But even after polishing the screen a dent is hardly noticeable!

Displex will cost you about $15 US bucks a tube...

Hope this help

Yea, I have heard noting but good things about displex as well. You can pick it up on eBay for around $10.

The screenguardz look cool, but I think I would have to custom order them. Does anyone know the size of the screen in mm of the 7520?

*edit*

After reading more carefully, I do not know if screenguardz are for our BBs or not;

Quote:
Please note: ScreenGuardz adhere to a device with static and will not adhere unless the device screen is a TFT type screen (Looks like glass). Most PDA's, phones and digital camera's use this type of screen. Video camera's and laptops do not and the protectors will not adhere.
Bummer.

That looks like a good product, I'll have to check it out. I found from another forum that you can use clear scotch tape to actually clean the screen itself. (Doesn't eliminate scratches that are already there, but can be used to clean the screen to prevent them)
