We have an intermittent fault that affects pretty much all of our fifty devices (these include 7100v, 7290v, 8700v and 8707v).

They lose their e-mail reconciliation setting; the device changes from Delete On = Mailbox and Handheld to Delete On = Handheld.

There is no explanation for this, it affects devices regardless of model and whether they have been switched off or always left on.

We use BES v 4.1.1 for Groupwise.

Any help on this would be most welcome as this is driving me nuts!!!

We've got the same problem. Also running BES 4.1.1 on GW 6.5. Have U had any success fixing?

No. not as of yet. Hoping someone here will provide the solution!! The company we currently use for "BB support" are pretty useless to be fair.
