Default Field Mapping Screwed Up & Personal Folders - HELP

Please Login to Remove!

QUESTION 1: When I synced with Outlook, many of the contacts do not have the correct field mapped on the Blackberry - i.e. work phone on OUtlook is showing the email address in the BB. Is there any easy way to correct this?

QUESTION 2: I'm new to blackberry and when I synced the new 7100i with my Outlook, I'd like to get the address book in the BB to group the addresses like they are organized in personal folders on my PC. They are not public folders.

Any help with this? Is is possible to do this?

Answer to Question 1:

You can change the mapping using this method Find your fields and drag them to the correct BB fields

Answer to Question 2:

With Desktop version 4.2 you can, I don't think 4.1 and below version allows 'sub-folder' sync like what you required. For my biz usuage, I add categories to all my contacts, so that I can filter them.
