Error Message: no email service
I have a BES user with a 7290 and when he clicks on a message that is not fully displayed and then clicks “More,” he receives the error message “no email service.” Has anyone ever seen this error message? His e-mail is still on the server and everything else appears to be working fine…
Does the user have service reception at the moment of selecting "More"?
The funny thing is that the user has what appears like the "roaming triangle" to the left of the GPRS with three bars. Since I'm not too familar with the 7290 I don't know for sure if this means roaming; however, I was able to send a message from my office without a problem so I don't think that the device is roaming.
