Mark (or anyone else who knows)

I have t-mobile and just purchased verichat. I have been using it and it works great. My friend just told me that Cingular, a different service (obviously) just told him that if he uses aol im, its .10 cents a message. Is there any creedence in this. Have I been getting charged .10 even though I have a different company. Please help. Thanks,

Aaron Jacobs

You should be fine. Some of the IM clients (such as the Oz one that comes with the 7100t) use SMS for message transport, which can incur messaging fees. With Verichat, you're using the GPRS connection on the T-Mobile Blackberry Unlimited Internet plan, and won't pay any extra fees.
