Everything is set up for my buddy's cingular, the way it is supposed to be (i have read all the forums). Verichat does not want to work. The error "malformed Address" keeps poping up. Any ideas?

I tried Verichat too. I kept getting "malformed address, returning null,,," and other errors. I could only (somewhat consistently) connect to AOL IM. Trying to connect to AOL, MSN, ICQ, and Yahoo! simultaneously, would seldom work.

I gave up on Verichat, and now I'm on a 30-day trial of WebMessenger. So far, WebMessenger works without any problems. WebMessenger's interface is somewhat different, and takes some getting used to, but (so far) it is more reliable.

I am hoping the Verichat's single-socket connection that is supposed to be coming soon, will be released before my 30-day trial of WebMessenger is up so I can try Verichat again.

My friend turned his BB off then back on. Now it works. I dont know why, but its ok now.
