I am on BES and have 2 outlook contact folders. One is for old contacts that I want to keep, but don't necessarily want on my phone. Is there a way to sych only the one I need and not the other? My BES administrator doesn't know of a way.

You can select which folders you sync to in Intellisync in Desktop Manager. I don't think there's any way to modify this without DM though.
