Greetings,

Since yesterday morning, my Blackberry has been showing only a handful of the emails in my Inbox.

For example, for today's emails, it only shows messages from 9:30 AM onwards (even though earlier this morning I was able to see emails from before 9:30 AM). Then, all of the messages from yesterday (which I was able to see yesterday) have all disappeared now. Finally, it shows three or four emails from previous days.

It looks something like this:

xxxx
xxxx
xxxx
---- Tue, Oct 3 ----
xxxx
---- Thu, Sep 28 ----
xxxx
xxxx
xxxx
---- Wed, Sep 27 ----
xxxx

---- Wed, Sep 20 ----

xxxx
xxxx
(and then nothing after this)

To give an analogy, it seems as if there was some sort of buffer, and that as soon as I start getting a number of new messages, then a number of old ones are being removed.

I recently had my Blackberry connected to our company's BES, but did not have this problem till yesterday.

How much free space do you have on your device? When you run out of space the device will automatically delete the oldest messages conserve space. Go to Options > Status to check.

Also, go to Messages > Options > General Options and check the Keep Messages setting. Based on when your emails start to go missing, it may be set to 15 days.

Am I interpreting correctly that it means my device already has 13.6 MB worth of stuff, and there is no longer any space available (0 Bytes)?

If that is the case, is there a way I can find out what it is that is taking up so much space? I don't have any thing else installed than what comes with the Blackberry.
