I have been struggling with this issue for 2 weeks, since a Cingular update.
I am not very technical so here goes...

All my OUtlook messages are marked as read, about 5 to 10 minutes after they arrive in my Outlook inbox. I am not reading them through my BB. Messages show as unread there. Out IT guys say that when the service is picking up the messages from OUtlook it is marking them read.

Does that make sense? I can't stand that when I am on my laptop, I can't tell what I have already read. Any clues?
