I can receive text messages but I cannot send/reply to them. We are blocked from other web-based email as well (hotmail, gmail, etc.) which is fine. Im sick of having to switch my sim card back and forth between my Razr and my 8700 just so I can text message.

since they said the first 100 message is free. what about with those one on tv show where it ask u to txt this message to like 12345 on a contest..will this still work? and will u get charge if u have unlimited bb do teleflip to one of those contest?

and what about when send that using teleflip and someone reply...will they know ur number to reply back? i dont have unlimited txt plan from cingular...will i get charge if someone reply back to me and i open it up?

I believe that PIN messaging to another Blackberry would bet past an SMS block. Of course the other party needs to have a Blackberry as well. In addition, BB Messenger could be used. Even if PIN messaging is blocked by an IT policy, BB Messenger can still work as long as it's not blocked separately. They both use the PIN feature but blocking one won't stop the other.

The problem is they have a RAZR not a BB

Bummer. If it is a corporate BB on a corporate network you are out of luck.
