I'm planning to buy a Blackberry, now I've an account and a normal sim-card from my phone provider. Can I use it directly with Blackberry or do I have to get a special account and sim-card for my Blackberry?
If I just plug my normal-sim card in my Blackberry, can I directly begin to use to it?

That's exactly it, just pop in your SIM and your good to go as far as voice concerned. You will need to call your carrier to have a data package added to your account so you can use the email/web side of things on your BB. The only case that will differ is if your purchasing a Nextel BB, if memory serves me correct their SIM do differ from other carriers? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong about the Nextel SIM's?
