Default RIM tech support?

Please Login to Remove!

is there a way for the END user to call RIM tech support directly? rather than just using the carrier as the retarded middle man?

I don't think so. When I called their 877 number they required a ticket number. So unless you are forwarded from your carrier's tech support, they won't take the call. At least that's my experience.

You are correct whsduss. I am curently having a PIN related issue, forwarded to RIM by Cingular. Its been a week in the works, having RIM involved since last monday....
