this might sound stupid but i cant find the underscore on the blackberry can someone help me, i bet it's something super easy...

What model BB are you using?

For all except the 7100, locate and press the SYM (symbol) key and then select the U key.

For the 7100 models, you have to hit SHIFT SYM (on the left hand side of the keyboard) and press the ER key for the underscore.

And if you are (un)lucky enough to have an old 957, or the new 5790, then you'll hit alt (the orange key) then the space key (to bring up the symbols list) then the s key for the underscore.
