Default 8700 vs 8100

Yes, I know there's already a poll posted at the 8700 forum. But I feel it's unfair considering it's located there. Most poeople will only go to the forum for the Blackberry they own.

So I just wondering if the results of the poll will be the same if it is posted in the General Discussion instead.

To Everyone

Which one you think is the best and/or which one do you own?

It's almost about apples and oranges. With the 8700, you have the classic wide form factor with a full qwerty keyboard. The 8100 has a slim form factor and a suretype keyboard. The 8100 has all the new consumer options like a camera and memory card slot and media manager. It's just a matter of personal preference at that point.

I like the full keyboard...personal preference. And I have other devices for listening to music and such...the 8703e I have does my communications only, but it does it almost perfectly...

p.s. My girlfriend has a pearl so I've played with it a bunch...don't tell her I like mine better!

I loved my 8700, but did not like the size. So I went to the 7130c, loved it but could not afford Cingular.

So now I am going to get the 8100 this week, I am pretty sure I will love it.

hmmm... seems like this poll is about the same... 8O (shocked)

I thought more people will go for the 8100.

I guess this answer my question.
