Im with Tmobile, 8700g, and have emails that I know were sent to me that have not come through. This is one of the main reasons I dropped the Sidekick, the email service had become a total joke.

How often does this happed with the BB??

It hasnt hapened at all with mine. I still get them to my phone.

What type email acoxxxx are you using? The blackberry.net, gmail, yahoo, or something else?

I am on TMO with 8700g. I have no problems to receive the email from yahoo and google as soon as it is deliveried to my inbox.

I do not get any delay issue.

did you try to resend yourself the service book? how about remove the battery and resit it after 1 min?

I took the battery out for about 30sec (read that in another thread) but no luck so far.

Dont know much about the service books.

go to your BIS or BES page (from your provider), and you can resend the service book to your device.

Resent books, nothing.

Set up another email account on the device and its not forwarding through either.

Since u seem tried everything, may be you should call to your wireless carrier to check if there is any outage.
