Angry Removing "Enterprise Activation" From the Main Screen

Please Login to Remove!

I just upgraded my 7100t to the 4.0 software. The first choice on my main screen is now "enterprise activation." I don't use the enterprise software, and I would really like to find a way to get rid of this. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Default

One way would be to hold down the key, or whatever the equivalent is on the 7100 series, click the trackwheel and select "Hide Application."
