Default Reconciliation rate in minutes for BES on Exchange

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I've got a 7290 that's part of a BES setup that's running on Exchange. I've got wireless reconciliation enabled for the emails but still notice a 10-20 min or so delay with any changes to my outlook inbox with the blackberry's inbox.

Does anyone know the automatic reconciliation rate? I am aware I can manually force a reconciliation via "Reconcile now" on the device.

Thanks,

Captain

Default

That's typical. Speed of reconciliation varies depending on a number of factors (several which are out of anyone's control). It shouldn't be a problem unless you're sitting at your desk timing the reconciliation in which case you can force the reconcile if you really need one or the other updated.
