Default Email issues

Please Login to Remove!

Ive recently had issues getting my email to my blackberry and get absolutely no where with tech service.

Ive had my 7520 for over a year and have no problems getting my AOL email to my blackberry. The setup on these was easy. I just went to the client, entered my username and password and it just worked.
Ive recently bought a domain and website and it came with email. So I set my email up in Outlook and I get it just fine. So I went to the blackberry web client and entered my username and password. I was getting emails at first but then it just stopped. When I go to the client and delete and reinstall, I get an activation confirmation message on my blackberry but thats as far as it goes. If I try to get my send a message, I get nothing. Then I go back to the client and it has the error icon beside that email address. Sprint says its my servers problem, my server says its sprints problem. Very frustrating. Any ideas?

Did you resend the service book after you added and delted and readded the user account? Sometimes that works.

what type of account is it? POP...IMAP...Exchange..
make sure the account added to your BIS account using the same settings as your Outlook

if it didn't - remove it and choose to re-add it but don't put in a password - this will get you to a screen where you can put in the right setitngs
