I seem to run into an issue over and over that I am not clear on. We have some users who we've told Desktop Manager to synch subfolders of the inbox. When the user chooses one of these folders to view the email in the subfolders are there themselves but not the emails.

Do you know what the deal is supposed to be on this? I had put a trouble into Rim Tech Support and one of the things they wrote was below. I really do not know how to interpret this.

The environment we are in is BES 3.6 (soon to be 4.0) and Exchange 5.5 with Outlook Users either being 2000 or XP.

I'm not a BES admin, but I'm in a BES 3.6 Environment. I have to specify specific folders for redirection in the redirector's advance settings for the reconciliation to work.

If the email is not sent to the BlackBerry (through redirector settings) then you will not be able to view the message. HOWEVER, if an email comes into the BlackBerry and you then "File" the message to a sub-folder, then you will be able to view it.

Reconciliation is only in regards to emails that have been delivered to both places and only reflect the changes done to those messages (moved, deleted, read, etc)
