Default 3rd party apps digitally signed?

Please Login to Remove!

As far as installing 3rd party applications on my device, must they be digitally signed by the vendor?

What about the applications that you have installed onto your devices -- were they digitally signed?

I heard someone mention there is a BES policy that could dictate that all 3rd party apps installed on a device be digitally signed??

I haven't had to worry about an app being digitally signed, never had a problem of needing one or not needing one (if they even exist). There are BES policies though that can block someone from loading apps on their BB.
