Default policy has changed

Please Login to Remove!

AT work I configured a BB and installed the software on the computer of my boss.
But everytime he synch's with the outlook server he gets an error msg saying policy has changed.
I get a problem as well with his password, whenever he changes his password on the BB, it is not changed on the computer.
Also he can;t drag to his personal folder on the blackberry.
He also get's an error msg.
Can anybody help me? Does anybody ahve any suggestions? I am at my wits end!

Are you synching to an Exchange Server, or an Outlook .pst file?

Password changes will in no way be propigated to a desktop...If you are talking about a Windows Login password not changing, dare I ask why you think this would change if you change the password on the BlackBerry?

If you have the BlackBerry set up to sync with his Exchange mailbox, and you are trying to be able to let him file a message on the handheld into his .pst file, this will not work. The BlackBerry has no idea that there is a .pst file, it only knows about the Exchange mailbox.

What is the error message?
